La situation de cette maison est bien par rapport au centre ville et à la plage et dans un quartier calme. Il faut noter une certaine promiscuité avec les voisins. Je loopt binnen 2 minuten naar winkels, restaurants, terrassen. Parkeren kan gratis in de straat. Eigenaar vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Het huis zelf is prima voor 6 personen. De bedden zijn wat ouder. De badkamer is op de begane grond. De tuin is boven de woning gelegen. Mooi uitzicht maar alleen bereikbaar via een trap. Niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn! Shops, Restaurants, beach is about 5 minutes by feet. It has great comfort: the kitchen is well-fitted, for the children you got a play-Station, table Billard, Monopoly etc. Furnishing and decor is well done, it's bright and cleanly. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Laurence L. 4 May 2015 #### maison où il fait bon séjourner Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour breton, dans cette petite maison (pas si petite d'ailleurs !), toute "cosy". Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche en fin d'après-midi. Le sourire des propriétaires nous a accueillis. Ainsi qu'une bouteille de cidre, un jus de fruits et quelques petits biscuits bretons, qui furent les bienvenus après quelques heures de route. J'ai été surprise par l'équipement, bien complet, de la maison (vaisselle plus qu'il n'en faut pour réunir une grande famille), couettes dans chaque lit. Il ne manquait rien. Et tout est fait avec goût. On sent que les propriétaires cherchent à faire plaisir aux vacanciers. Merci pour cet effort ! Jusqu'à quelques sacs poubelles, et pastilles de lave-vaisselle pour dépanner à l'arrivée. Je le précise car il m'est arrivé de louer des gites à la mesquinerie frappante : où il n'y avait que 6 couteaux, 6 fourchettes, 2 saladiers "qui se battent en duel", et quasiment aucun produit d'entretien disponible !... Chambres décorées avec goût, sans trop de fioritures. Beaucoup de rangement (important pour moi !). Les enfants étaient ravis de la quantité de jouets à leur disposition. Le jardin, en hauteur, est un endroit propice au repos, sur les transats, pour faire la sieste au soleil ou prendre son thé ou un apéro bien mérité après les parties de ballon sur la plage avec les enfants ! Ma fille de 6 ans a trouvé ce gite "magnifique" ! Ne dit-on pas que la vérité sort de la bouche des enfants ?!... En outre, inutile de prendre la voiture : port et plages accessibles rapidement à pieds. Ainsi que les quelques boutiques de mode, bien achalandées d'ailleurs (pour vous mesdames)... Que demande le peuple ?! Nous avons également apprécié la pizzeria au bout de la rue : accueil souriant et bonnes pizzas et autres plats. Petit bémol : manque de wifi. Pour les accrocs d'internet (comme mon mari), ils peuvent être déçus. Et aussi, pas de chaîne HiFi pour écouter de la musique. Mais à part ça. C'était PARFAIT ! Bref, vous l'aurez compris, nous avons adoré ce gite ! ##### Laurence L. La maison est propre, bien équipée, très bien décorée. Sa situation est idéale (proximité commerces, animations et plages). La rue est très calme. Le partage de la cours avec le voisinage s'est très bien passé. Nous avons apprécié la boutique déco proche de l'office de Tourisme, la crêperie de la rue piétonne (accueil, service et repas très sympathique) et la promenade en calèche dans Binic...Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. ##### patrice s. My husband and I, and our two children spent a wonderful two weeks here. The house is very nicely appointed and has everything you need - lots of dishes, glasses etc and good washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Lots of nice pictures and nick nacks makes it very homely and not your standard holiday rental. Nice little patio area off the dining area and a wonderful terraced garden accessed from the first floor. The garden is south facing so it is a great place to relax in the sun. House was very clean and the towels and bed linen we hired were of high quality. Owners were lovely and were flexible with our lateish arrival and then our early departure on the Saturday morning. Location is excellent - nice quite one way street and only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants and then a little further to the wonderful beach. Parking is on-street outside the house and we never had any issues getting parked. Binic is a lovely town with lots of restaurants, lovely beaches and great market on a Thursday morning (and a very good ice cream shop!). Great base to explore northern Brittany. Had lovely days out at Zooparc de Tregomeur, Île-de-Bréhat, Dinan, Saint Malo and Le Village Gaulois. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. ##### Gayle K. ---
