If staying in Binalong Bay be aware there are no shops in the area (only one restaurant) so stock up in St Helens before you get there (10 min drive away). Basic pantry items are provided. Also the water is from tanks and as such untreated, with a boil before use alert so buy bottled water if in doubt. If you have very young children be aware that the living area is upstairs and bedrooms downstairs but no child safety gate at the stairs. This wasn't a concern for us. One of the ceiling downlights in the dining area was hanging down broken when we were there and the bottom hinge on the third bedroom door (the single bed/trundle room) was broken also when we arrived but this didn't detract from our stay.
