Lacked charm. The lady at the reception was cold, the location was on a large, busy street (although close to tourist attractions), and the room was bland. To be fair, the bellman in the morning was charming, the garden in the back was pretty, and the rooms were huge. Just expect more from a luxury hotel - starting with reception.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are nicely sized. The staff was courteous and friendly. The only two negatives were: There are no washcloths with the towels and the lobby doesn't really have an area to have a coffee or sit and talk.

"Everything about this hotel was great, the only thing I didn’t love was the price. The cleaning staff was alway on top of things and extremely polite.
