King Bed and Pool Table - Beautiful Montana Home

Enjoy your stay in one of the top desirable neighborhoods in Billings!

Whether you’re looking to explore this beautiful city, enjoy a night in, or are in town for work, this house is perfect for everyone. It’s centrally located and just a short drive to downtown, the airport, shopping, &more!

WALKING DISTANCE to Rocky Mountain College, a park, the hospital, & the Rex Restaurant & Bar.

There is a private entrance down a short stairway to your private unit, located on the south side of the house.

THE SPACE
This duplex style home provides guest access to the entire bottom floor with its own private entrance.

This is a one-bedroom “unit” with a king size bed. Extra bedding includes a queen size folding mattress and a pack-and-play for babies/toddlers. Extra pillows, blankets, and sheets are located in the laundry room and closet.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes children’s plates, bowls, silverware, and cups.

There is a large, fully fenced in (shared) backyard to enjoy where you can allow your kid-friendly dogs to roam.

GUEST ACCCESS
There is a designated parking space for guests in the driveway. Guests can get to the private unit located on the south side of the home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A family with children live in the upstairs unit. And although the play area and bedrooms are not located over this unit you may hear footsteps and little voices every now and then.

There are extra fans and heaters located in the laundry room, but if it's ever too hot or cold, please reach out.
