Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very very small. Elevator is very crammed. Breakfast was very good. Good hotel for the money.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,001 reviews)
The hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. As an example, after we we said that the pillows were too hard, the hotel quickly delivered softer pillows to our room. The area in which the hotel is located also includes several execellent dining options. Our stay was very pleasant. I would stay there again if I returned to Rome.

"Friendly staff, great central location and probably the most comfortable bed which I’ve fort in during the last month of travel! However the absence of either tea or coffee at ‘breakfast’ was somewhat disappointing."
