SERVICIOS MINIMOS

Al parecer este hotel se mantiene abierto en invierno para alojar a una docena de trabajadores de empresas extranjeras con sede en Bilbao. Mi consejo es que no admitan resrvas si no pueden dar el servicio que requiere un hotel de 4 estrellas, como por ejemplo la calefacción en plena navidad ( mi habitacion estaba a 17 grados a las 11 de la noche cuando volví de pasar la tarde en Bilbao).Produce impresion ver al recepcionista con chaqueta y bufanda, pero es imprescindible llevarlo incluso en recepción. Del buffet del desayuno solo decir que muy pobre, y como en todas partes, en el comedor del hotel además de estar completamente sólos a las 9,30, hacía un frio que me hizo pedir la cuenta y buscar otro hotel

Hotel alba bilbao

Très bel hotel, récent, appartement spacieux, décoration contemporaine, mais gros problème de chauffage (14 degrés seulement!), pas de prise prévue pour le coin cuisine, micro onde, cafetière etc.... Et restaurant et Spa fermes!!! Le directeur est décède, l'hôtel est sans repreneur, personnel pas paye donc ne reste pas. Se renseigner avant d'y aller...

Tres agréable hotel qui surplombe le golf et offre un panorama sur les montagnes superbe. Suite avec vue sur le panorama des montagnes sans obstacle. Silence. Proche en voiture (sortie 25) de Bilbao (sortie 14) Accueil efficace et sympathique. Spa et Sauna disponible Practice et Golf 9 trous

Breathtaking view but a minus for the service

We loved the hotel especially for the stunning view and the feeling of be away from the city. unfortunately the service wasn't what we had wished for especially regarding the hotel restaurant and the food that was served. We chose therefore to drive out to the city to find something to eat.

Perfecta elección

Perfecto para unos días de descanso, buena situación (si quieres silencio y tranquilidad) excelentes vistas. Está un poco dificil de encontrar (consejo personal, es mejor entrar desde la autovía ya que si entras desde la parte de abajo del pueblo es un poco complicado de encontrar), Las habitaciones amplísimas, creedme cuando os digo que es uno de los mejores hoteles de cuatro estrellas en los que me he alojado.
