It is an old property and has been maintained somewhat unfortunately both the Bar and the Restaurant were closed we also had a hard time checking in as there was no one on the property just a note with phone numbers to call. I did eventually get a hold of someone and they appeared about ten minutes ...

I was on the top floor, which meant a lot of stairs, but the reward was a great sea view. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Nigel, the owner, was lovely and the "serve youself anytime" continental style breakfast (with home-made cakes!) was a great idea. I'd be happy to stay again.
