"A very well-appointed B & B property with stunning views of the lake and wonderful amenities. However, check-in could have been easier (code OK, but don't forget * key in the client entrance advice). Also, the division of rooms and amenities was a bit confusing. Was everything available for use for all guests, or not? Caretaker couple, though, was top-notch -- informative, friendly, helpful. Plus, breakfast spread of goodies was primo! John M. "We loved our stay at The Cottages! Having travelled extensively, these cottages were above and beyond in character, comfort, amenities. Everything was carefully thought out from the matching decor to interesting books, even a game. The beds were comfy and the bathroom facilities luxurious. As it was chilly in early September we used the fireplace and the heating in the bathroom, which was very effective. The local bakery and selected restaurants and shops were in walking distance. Our cottage was surrounded by a lovely garden and even a local deer came to visit."

"What a fabulous property! I wish I could give six stars. Great location with beautiful river views. The condo was the best appointed and most tastefully decorated of any rental property we’ve ever been in. Shannon, the manager, was wonderful to work with. I hope we’re back soon."

"The condo is amazing. Well stocked, comfortable, clean, well furnished. The door into the condo is not marked at all. That was frustrating. Street parking is scarce on weekends so we parked a few blocks away. The band in the bar next door plays until 1:15 AM. Good band though. Great location for convenience."
