I wasn't sure I'd like the communal coffee in the morning, but it was really pleasant to work in the common room for a couple of hours first thing. Yes the rooms are small - I'm a small person, so it was fine, but a really tall person might be uncomfortable. "

Could use a little cleaning out front and out back. Couch cushions pretty worn and cracking. Underneath unheated so floors are on the cold side. Otherwise a nice quiet comfortable stay. "
