Privately located in a quintessential wooded setting in the heart of Moonlight Basin, you may even catch a glimpse of a friendly fox, moose, or even the occasional bear! Ideal for families, this 6,000+ sq ft ski in, ski out custom home provides a two car garage, plenty of space to gather or spread out in style, perfectly integrating rustic elegance with modern amenities where no detail has been overlooked. This home features a beautiful full kitchen with dining table seating capacity for 10 guests, and additional bar island seating for 4 guests. The kitchen opens up through a set of bay doors onto a second floor deck space with outdoor seating, a grill, and an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy incredible, unobstructed views of the Spanish Peak skyline from anywhere in the kitchen, deck, and living room. The main floor living room features cathedral ceilings and giant floor to ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with a California King bed, more floor to ceiling windows with majestic views. The en suite master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk in shower and dual vanity sinks. Downstairs, step out of the dedicated ski room and into your skis or snowboard, 20 feet from the green “Smithy” run that leads directly to Madison Base Lodge, Six Shooter lift, and immediate access to the Biggest Skiing In America. Upstairs, there is a lofted living space with two sets of full over full beds, a shared bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk in shower, and TV. Sharing a hallway with the downstairs common space are two additional bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the other with two full beds. Both with ensuite bathrooms, walk in showers, and TVs. Also downstairs is access to the outdoor hot tub, game room with a poker table, wet bar, couch seating and a large TV, office space, and a movie theater. The Peaks View Lodge features a number of open spaces perfect for entertaining, with large windows framing incredible mountain views. The ski in ski out location doesn't get any better than this! You literally put your skis on and step out the door onto the run. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. What a wonderful ski-in, ski-out home. Truly a great set up for our family, who loves to ski hard, but also with adult children that are in business, and had to do a little work in between having fun. The professional office set-up got some good use. I'm retired, but could have enjoyed a bit of work with that view of the mountains:) Everything else was exceptional, and it was so easy to get boots and skis on and hit the slopes. Getting back was so easy, even for this old man who can't ski for a whole day anymore;) The home had everything that we needed to ski, relax, and enjoy family time. The kids loved the hot tub, and we had a beautiful fire every night. To top it off, we all do VRBO's whenever we travel, and I don't think anyone has ever had the outstanding service from a management company like we had this time. Luke Maples from Alpine management was awesome! He was very proactive and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Thanks for everything, Luke!!! ##### Jim M. The home was perfect for two families with teen through adult kids. Lots of well thought out space, kitchen and great room perfect for entertaining.
