Very good

The condo is nice, lots of room. Great location: ski-in, ski-out! No shuttle/ride service to/from base/town- recommend having a car. We did NOT have a car since it was ski-in/ski-out and assumed there would be some service to town from condos. Little things wrong/broken: a dining room chair leg broken, 3 lights in master bedroom/bathroom have no bulbs, 1/2 bath flusher broken(we had fixed- quick response), fireplace not broken- just not allowed to use it per HOA- should have been disclosed.
It was very good but heat was out the entire time a d had to use space heaters. Worked but less than ideal. The fireplace didn’t work and I was told it was t an amenity listed. Pretty weak as it was in all the pictures.

The good, the bad, and the ugly
This is a wonderful ski in/ski out property with lots of potential. The location is fantastic and it was quiet and peaceful. Sadly, we discovered that we paid a lot of money for a place that lacked proper heating, cleanliness, basic kitchen materials and ease of access into the property. We went 24 hours without heat and then had to use space heaters for the reminder of our stay. The deck was covered in snow that had numerous human pee spots in it and vomit on the railing. We were locked out our second day of vacation and the gas fireplace shown in pictures was not working and there was not a gas grill as shown in pictures either. The kitchen didn't even have oven mitts. Many of the pots and pans needed to be cleaned before use and blankets were dusty and dirty. Overseas communication was not helpful or appreciated. All of these negative items put a damper on our family vacation and I will not be using Vacasa again unless I receive proper compensation.
Great condo, fully stocked and perfect for ski in/out.Only item that was odd is the complete lack of hooks/hangers for jackets/helmets. Not taking points away for that.

Summer stay
Nice place, clean, easy in and out. They do a great job. Amazing view good access to the mountain. Be prepared to stay at the top of the mountain. Fun had by all.
We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It's spacious, well equipped, walkable to ski lift and has a great hot tub! We recommend to others for a casual and comfortable ski vacation.
Condo was poorly maintained and Vacasa staff not helpful at all. For instance, kitchen appliances were not fully working including the stove and the kitchen faucet. Blinds also weren’t working in one of the bedrooms. Common items like tissues and dishwasher pods weren’t in the unit. The bedding and mattresses were low quality. We asked if we could check in a couple hours early because we were coming in early and have a baby but the Vacasa staff said No and suggested we wait at a local bar. We ended up booking the night before too so we could get in a couple hours early. They also did not fix any of the above problems with the unit during our 6 day stay there. The location is nice, close to the far right of the mountain, but the unit is run-down. I would recommend staying elsewhere and not going through Vacasa if possible.
Pros: condo in good location, great hot tub , liked split floor layout. Cons: broken fireplace was a bummer, no step for hot tub safety issue, and as some previous reviews mentioned condo is showing it’s age. Will need new flooring and paint soon and could use additional kitchen supplies. Quite location, nice views and even had resident deer 🦌

Construction zone
Got a nasty note from the crew that was remodeling the unit. Was not our fault that the unit was avaible to rent. And had no other place to park at the time. But nice unit. And great place to stay. Just horrible construction crew.

Great ski weekend at Big Sky
This townhouse was very clean, and nicely decorated. About a 3-5 minute walk to the Iron Horse lift. When we were there, we were able to “ski-in” after a short walk up hill. Once we got to the parking area as it was covered with packed snow and it was easy to get to the unit. Everything functioned well. Kitchen was well equipped. There were three of us, but you could do 5-6 adults here with no problem. All said, I would recommend this to friends.

None
Property listed as ski-in/ski-out and that wasn’t true. I would not have rented if it was accurately described. Also, the nightly price didn’t include all the management fees.....again deceptive.

Good property in great location
The condo is in a great location. It is reasonably well appointed. The rugs need to be cleaned, the fireplace doesn’t work, there is limited ability to heat the downstairs rooms. The furniture is great and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fine for cooking but the kitchenware needs an update (broken handles in front pans etc). Check in was fine, but I had to email and call Vacasa day of to get the check in information. For a ski resort condo, not having a fireplace that works is a disappointment. It’s been broken since at least January 2022 based on other reviews. I would stay there again but would temper expectations accordingly.

Past feedback not addressed
I wrote a longer review for my other stay, but there's one more thing I wanted to add: many of the issues I mentioned in that review had already been mentioned in past reviews, which makes me think that the owner and/or property manager isn't very responsive about fixing things.
For example, the rug that's a tripping hazard has been mentioned in reviews for the past 3 years and still hasn't been replaced!

Owner neglects this property
We stay in Moonlight every winter. This was the worst of our stays. We book based on 3 criteria: The unit must be a private (non-condo) Ski-in/Ski-out, with private hot tub, and fireplace. This townhome location is NOT ski-in/ski-out. You must walk uphill to the access run next to moonlight lodge. You can't cut bw the units along the ski run. The hot tub won't heat above 75 the first 24 hours of your stay. Service said the hot tubs are drained/filled after each guest for sanitary reasons, but the hot tub info sheet in the unit won’t tell you that. You cannot heat the hot tub for the first day of your rental if someone checked out that morning. It worked fine the rest of our stay after 24 hours. We learned the fireplace has not worked for 15+ months! Jan 2022 reviews (it’s now March 2023) show renter complaints about fireplace not working. It needs replacing, but the owner hasn't. You will NOT have a working fireplace. The oven is broken. The broiler/stovetop work, but oven doesn't. We learned how to broil pizza, cookies, and biscuits. Shower curtain is stained PINK with mildew. Loft bedframe is so loose it squeaks with ANY movement. Mudroom has NO hooks for gloves, helmet, etc. NO rack for your skis on porch. Leave skis in your trunk or bring them inside for snow to melt on the floor. No measuring cup, ziplocks, foil, plastic wrap, cooking oil, cooking spray, oven mitt, lighter. You get 2 dishwasher tabs. Patio has grill but snow was over 2' high and had a 6" layer of ice!

Not Clean, Not repaired, Not pleasant
I don't know where to place the blame here: management company, housekeeping, or owner, but there is enough to go around. There are plenty of other units in this complex, please stay at one of those instead.
Upon checking in we were greeted by a bloody tissue left lying on the toilet seat in the master bathroom. There were large chunks of food left in the kitchen sink, The carpet on the main floor was heavily stained and unvacuumed. Another toilet seat was stained with urine. I used three pans to cook while we were there and all three had to be washed because they were put away dirty.
We called the management company for 3 straight days about the cleanliness. We were told housekeeping was too busy. On the second day, they left cleaning supplies suggesting we clean it ourselves ! The third day we finally got the bare minimum - the toilets were wiped down and the kitchen sink cleaned.
Outside of cleanliness, the unit was also in disrepair. The fireplace was broken (at a ski condo). The master bathroom toilet seat was cracked all the way through making it unusable, and probably explaining the bloody tissue. One bath had a broken toilet paper holder with 1/2 a roll siting on the back of the toilet. The woven carpet and bear-skin rug on the main level shed incessantly and stick to anything that touches the floor. There were no dish towels or pot holders in the unit for cooking. There were no extra garbage bags. There was no dishwasher detergent. Other units had racks for skis outside the front door and hooks inside to hang your gear, this unit does not.
It is not cheap to stay at this condo, but you will feel like you like you are in a $50 room at a byway motel. At least the location and the view are nice.

Overall place was okay.
Overall place was okay, rental company not so much.
Had some pretty good stains thoughout the unit. Hot tub cover was broken and impossible to use. The biggest problem was the fireplace had a sticky note on it that said it was broken!
My biggest issue with this rental was I am tried calling emailing ect for help with these issues and still have note heard anything back.

Location of the condo is key
The location of the condo is great. During the day it was easy to swing in for a pit stop. The beds were comfortable and the living/dining area was nice. The kitchen is a nice size but the utensils and pans have seen better days. Bring your own oven mitt....
