I contacted the owner asking for a partial refund due to the false advertising and misrepresentation and he was not agreeable. I then contacted VRBO directly and the owner admitted to them he was aware of the false advertising, blamed their AI tool, and still refused to provide a partial refund. If you're looking for a place within walking distance to ski lifts or ski-in/ski-out access do not be fooled and avoid the inconvenience. Or if you don't want to support false advertising and misrepresentation, book somewhere else. Another inconvenience, the shower is slanted so you stand in a few inches of water the entire time you're showering and it does not drain completely until after you turn the water off. ##### Michelle H.
