Containing 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, a 3-car garage with a 4th storage bay big enough for a RV, this streamside farmhouse goes above and beyond with innovative comforts. Unlike many homes in the Big Sky area this newly built retreat even has A/C! The residence sits on over 3 acres of land and provides stunning scenes of the Spanish Peaks and bonus views to Lone Peak. Enjoy a brand-new hot tub big enough for eight people! The covered back patio and large yard offers incredible opportunities for stargazing, sunbathing, and wildlife watching! Not only is the exterior incredible, but the interior has brand new amenities, gas fireplace in the living room, two ovens, multiple fridges and freezers, a wet bar, huge windows which allow the sun to light up the spaces, plenty of common space to spread out or gather and a walk-in pantry which make this home ideal for hosting. With multiple entrances into the home and common spaces, 476 Stream Side is perfect for multiple families or friends to come together during a much-needed vacation. There is even a separate TV room off the living room for relaxing evenings after a long day in the mountains. On the other end of the spectrum, this home also has two offices (one on either end of the house) for those working or schooling online. The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite immaculate bathroom (including a steam shower and huge bathtub), and over-the-top walk-in closet. The upstairs three bedrooms (each with their own en-suite bathroom) consist of a queen under full bunkroom, full over full bunkroom, and a queen bedroom with the best views in the house. The final bedroom is located above the garages and has a king and a full bed, en-suite bathroom, and plenty of privacy. Situated only an hour from West Yellowstone and 15 minutes from the largest skiing in North America, the outdoor adventures are endless. The house is extremely well-appointed (including a spice rack and cooking oils) and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The Sonos sound system was extremely intuitive and allowed us to fill the house and hot tub patio with music the entire trip, and everything in the house worked (It’s always my pet peeve when items in a rental aren’t working). The only small (very small) issue we had was our coffee pot would not make a full pot and we had lots of coffee drinkers also it would be nice to have a few more dish towels as we only had one. There were three couples and five kids (ages 2–7), and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The open layout—combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen—made it so easy to hang out together while cooking meals. The kids loved having their own spacious playroom with a TV, and the views from every window were truly epic.The house is well-designed for a larger group, with plenty of bathrooms, closets, and even office spaces. It’s easy to find, feels private, and yet is super close to downtown Big Sky, great hikes, and the grocery store. The place was spotless and had two dishwashers, which was a huge bonus since we cooked a lot!The host was responsive and kind, and I couldn’t have been happier organizing this trip for our family and friends. The property made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere but then it was a very short drive to town. We had a great visit… the skiers headed up the mountain each morning while others hiked, hot tubbed and hang out. The house was perfect for our big family… and we enjoyed the Sonos (patio for the main room), well stocked kitchen (we cooked a lot), and multiple dishwashers and plenty of freezer/fridge space. We had 8 adults, two young children, and one infant. Everyone had their own room with plenty of space to move around. This property is by far one of my favorite houses we’ve rented for vacation. From the well appointed house, sweeping views, prime private location, excellent wildlife viewing ( we even had a moose in the back yard ! Along with many mule deer ) to the responsive staff- the whole experience was perfect. If anything , the listing doesn’t prepare you for all the amenities this home offers.
