"We must have traveled during the off season. Hotel was empty. No food in coffee shop as advertised. Arrived after 10pm. Staff gave us key code to enter with envelope at front desk. No elevator service. Have to carry bags up stairs. Issue with payment not received from Expedia and had to settle billing issue at checkout. Not hotels fault. Quick stay. Room was nice and bed comfortable."

"I loved our stay. Pro's The morning free breakfast buffet was great. The room had all the stuff we wanted. The comfort of the Hotel was like a B&B. The view of the Mountains was great from the pool. The location was fantastic. I would recommend. Con's The staff was kind of snooty. They close the pool at 10pm, wish it was open till 11. They only cleaned the room every other day, we needed it done daily. No room service No transportation service When I booked, I booked a Mountain View Room, I did not get that."

"Exceptional property! Even with the surrounding beauty, it was tough to leave the hotel. Very attentive staff... quickly learned our names. Pastries in the Wildflower Market are incredible. Room was substantial size, and very well designed/decorated. Several fireplaces/pits to sit an enjoy the cool spring mornings and nights (including one inside our room). Spa visit was wonderful, but outrageously high prices (almost $500 without tip, for a 90 minute massage with no "extras"). That was the only downside on the property. Highly recommend staying here!"
