"That poor guy in sports bar with ponytail did a great job . No help . It’s a long walk from most rooms to anywhere . If over by b building , infinity pool nice . No kids . But just a little makeshift bar . If we were staying longer just would have made drinks in a big cup . Btw our room was $452 for night . All inclusive . Rooms a bare minimum . Bed was comfortable . Sand all over floor . For sure had to wipe your feet off before getting in bed . Def would not stay again . "

"There were a few roaches in my room
And the pillow smelled like roast spray. And I am always wanting to give a 4 star. I use my diamond 750000 points to stay here. Because it would be near the turtle reservation. And was shocked that I was finding roaches in the room. I wanted to move out early, but I stayed. But I will not leave a review that indicates anything. But what I seem, I am always at your hostels. But mostly extended, stay. So I am very surprised. Thank you for your support. The staff was great. They were very kind. The morning breakfast was great.But the room"

"The Sheraton PGA is listed with rating of 10. It’s not even a 1. It’s rundown and old. It looks like an old time share. The appliances are very old. Sliding door tracks are dirty. The picture of the pool does represent reality. The lobby is being renovated and they are using run down office. They are pumping nasty air freshener through vents which is unhealthy. I recommend selecting another hotel. We left early after using Clorox and buying our own sheets. "
