We love to stay with Omni, and the Shoreham did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a view of the Washington Monument from our balcony. The pool area and garden was beautiful.

We chose the hotel because it had a spa, which didnt disappoint and an outdoor pool. Overall hotel is very well maintained. Pool area a little small for the amount of guests, not enough lounge chairs..However Moises at the pool bar is a gem. Smiles easily, patient- considering ordering food can be challenging...he could use a food runner when its busy. Hotel ambience upscale and we felt safe. Our room was very nice and clean, Updated decor, spacious. Complimentary soap, shampoo etc were very, very nice. The view from our room not so nice as we mainly faced a brick wall, they should have discussed a possible upgrade$$?? Fortunately, we were only in the room for the most part to shower and sleep. Room was very quiet. The Restaurant wasvery busy and was challenged at breakfast time...seating and service experienced delays but the staff was always pleasant. Breakfast was pricey. Location on the Wharf was excellent. Would definitely stay again but would discuss room location and possible breakfast included price!

Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone.

"It was nice to see the sunset along with family. The park was too good to spend timeout. Staying in this hotel was the right choice as I was traveling from far. Room was neat and clean, as it is inside forest be aware of some insects to enter as guests :). We experienced it but it was ok."

"Truly wouldn't suggest. Couldn't stand the property. Not what they're selling the room itself reeked like cigarettes. Everything was old musty, dingy and dilapidated, not the standards that they supposedly upkeep will never return. Frankly, I'd like to see my money back"
