As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines. 1\. Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (10 adults max). Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. 2\. Parking: Space for 4 vehicles includes garage access. Garage can fit 3 cars. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. 3\.
