Welcome to Lassen Lodge. Our spacious cabin is located just a 1 min walk from Bear Mountain Resort. With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for your entire party. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake, settle in for a soak in the hot tub after a fun day outdoors, play horseshoes in the very spacious bakyard or simply relax and have a nice bbq on the large deck. Come breath some fresh air, stay with us and book now.
Lassen Lodge cabin is located in a nice and quiet culdesac. We are walking distance to Bear Mountain and the Golf Course. Hiking trails are nearby. Spacious and private backyard. Arcade game with hundreds of games. Gourmet kitchen with all the utensils and pots and pans.
Guests have access to the entire house.
We leave guests to enjoy themselves but are available if needed.
Located in a quiet Culdesac with hardly any car traffic. A very quiet neighborhood in a prime location. Only a few minutes away from the village.
During winter season, the roads and driveway are regularly plowed. However, due the irregular snowfall we cannot guarantee the driveway will be cleared. For this reason, please ensure all vehicles are properly equipped with either chains and/or 4WD. We also provide shovels and a snowplow in the garage for guests to clear the driveway if needed. If for whatever reason, guests are unable to clear the driveway, we can have someone come out to clear it for an additional $150 fee.
Parking in the street is NEVER permitted especially when snow is on the ground. You will be ticketed or towed by the city. Host and/or management will not be held responsible for any fees associated with unpermitted parking of guest vehicles. Big Bear Lake Ordinance Rules:
Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
No parties allowed. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. Host/management is not responsible for any fees or fines that may result from improper and unpermitted parking of guest vehicles.
No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. Pets are not allowed to left in the home unattended. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
