This Two Bedroom Premiere Townhouse is literally steps away from Snow Summit ski resort. Staying here allows you to take your time getting ready and simply walk out your front door to the nearest chair lift. Dishes and utensils are provided, and the full kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal as you would in your own home complete with oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave.
Relax in a living room complete with a fireplace and flat screen TV with cable. Keep warm with central heating throughout the Townhouse while you enjoy free wireless internet. Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with private bath and king bed. Our second bedroom has a queen and twin beds with a secondary bathroom located across the hall.
Escape For All Seasons is conveniently located so that you can enjoy all mountain activities with very little, if any, driving required. We are only moments to the lake and minutes to the center of town. The National Forest with hiking and bike trails are directly adjacent to the complex. Come stay with us and enjoy everything that Big Bear has to offer!

Super Great Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super great location and people. We totally appreciated the easy checkin and short walk to the slopes! awesome short stay!

The condo is in a great location, walking distance from the lift. It is updated, it has everything you need, maybe the kitchen could use a taller pot to boil spaghetti and a good knife to chop onions and vegetables, but other than that the whole condo is great, warm and cozy and clean! My two teen boys were gone early to get on the slopes while I worked nicely in the house. I didn't have to worry about driving them to the lift. It was very convinient. I would stay here again for sure.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all I wanted to say that the Escape is a great place to stay. This unit was just not for us. The owners probably tried to make the place better but unfortunately their attempt at improvement made it worse. The temperpedic covers they put over the mattresses made them so HARD that it was almost impossible to sleep on them. I like a hard bed but this was borderline brick hard. I would highly recommend for them to remove them for future guests. The other issue we had with the unit was that the heating cut out twice on its own. We reported the issue but the heat started working again before the repair person showed up. The office manager was nice enough to provide us with space heaters in case the heat quit again in the middle of the night. The unit itself was the closes to the slopes but the snowmaking machines at the resort were quite loud and provided constant background noise through out the night. The last thing I wanted to say about the unit was that he dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived and we had to empty it. Not a big deal overall but still an annoyance.
