*It is your responsibility to make sure the property is secure and safe upon any time you exit and leave. *Report any damage with photos at www.timberwoodcabin.com We hope to host you again soon!

Rules

PET POLICY: 2 dogs max (with approval) $75/day fee/per dog. Unauthorized pets : $150/day fine. Fur on furniture/bedding: $250 cleaning fee ENFORCED

Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Evidence and smell will result in a $500 USD charge for deodorizing

All adults, children, and pets must be included in your reservation. Undisclosed guests or dogs will incur extra charges.
