    The Space:

Settle into The Highpoint A-Frame (@thehighpointaframe), a mid-century A-frame tucked into the pines in a quiet Big Bear Lake neighborhood, just steps from the lake. You're close to it all: minutes from Big Bear Village, shopping, hiking trails, ski resorts, and walking distance to dining and essentials (Azteca Mexican, Sister Sister Bakeshop and Lakeview Bodega). Soaring wood-beamed ceilings and warm wooden walls give this cabin its character the moment you walk in.

The open living area centers on a wood-burning fireplace and a cozy leather sofa, with a dining table for four and a well-stocked kitchen. The owners have furnished the space with thoughtful, curated touches, including a coffee bar with a drip/K-cup machine and moka pot, and a shelf of classic games for a rainy afternoon.

Step outside to the back deck for morning coffee among the trees, fire up the gas grill for dinner, and unwind in the hammock as the evening cools down. The front deck offers another spot to sit and have drinks, take in the quiet street and enjoy the morning light.

    Bedrooms

Main-level bedroom: three twin beds and easy access to the main bathroom. Comfortable for kids or friends traveling together.

Loft bedroom: a queen bed tucked beneath the cabin's signature triangle window, where morning light filters in through the trees. A quiet retreat at the top of the stairs.

The home has one full bathroom, air conditioning (wall mini-split unit) plus a ceiling fan, a smart TV, and WiFi throughout, along with Alexa, books, and games for downtime.

    Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the cabin, deck, and hammock. A few storage areas are reserved for the owners and are off-limits to guests: the lower cabinet next to the stove, the downstairs closet, the left-hand closet upstairs, and the bench cabinet upstairs. Exterior cameras are in place at the driveway and front door for security.

    The Neighborhood:

The Highpoint sits on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from Big Bear Lake, the marina, a bakery, a restaurant, and a market. Big Bear Village, with its shops and restaurants, is just minutes away, along with the ski resorts and local hiking trails.

Lakeview Bodega is also within walking distance for your essentials.
