It's a REAL CABIN! LOCATION is Amazing! StoneHauz was built in 1926! It's a REAL CABIN! Walk to the Village (.6 miles away), BB Brewery (120 steps!) & lake (.4 miles)! Alpine Slide (.2 miles). Beautiful Views, surrounded by trees and nature! Large stone fireplace in living room, 2 private bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed). NO PETS ALLOWED. This 1926 Cabin was built in 1926 by the Mason's and was owned and lived in by the president of this society. The Cabin has been newly remodeled inside, and we are very excited about the improvements. The first bedroom has a queen bed and you can see the beautiful stone fire place from bed if you want to leave the door open. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (top bunk twin and bottom bunk is a queen) this room is down the hall on the opposite side of the home, giving some privacy between the two rooms. This second bedroom step down (4 stairs) into a den like atmosphere, where the entire room from floor to ceiling have been completely redone. Living room has a large natural stone fireplace, (bring some firewood). This cabin is located approximately 1/2 a mile from the village and the lake. The Alpine slide (roller coaster, zipline and more) is just across the blvd and the Big Bear Brewery and Azteca Mexican Food restaurant are a quick walk away. There is also a small market about 1/3 mile away. Perfect location and a real cabin to enjoy. This is a large property, over 11,000 square feet. This property is fenced, and is just one lot space away from Big Bear Blvd. Full and private access to the house and private hot tub for you to enjoy.
