TV was equipped with Roku which made our streaming things EZPZ. Washer and dryer were pretty old and a little finicky, but worked and was crucial for the weekend we had planned. Stayed Memorial Day weekend on our first visit to Big Bear.Highlights:\*Hot water fast for handwashing/showers/dishes\*Great hot tub with adjustable jets and lots of room for four adults\*Quiet neighborhood \*Away from traffic\*Good wifi\*Lots of cooking methods. Used stove, oven, and grill!\*Plenty of outlets for chargers\*Fans available in the closets for people needing white noise for sleepI do wish the coffee machine was newer but everything else worked as it should. We would find over 100 ants every single time within minutes the whole entire time there from the first moment, we got there till the moment we left I did leave a text, but never got a reply ##### Louie P. From the cute decorations to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was great. Spa was hot and felt great. Enough snow on the first day for the girls to sled in the yard and build a snowman. Plenty of linens and towels. Loved having central heat and a dryer. Great location. Honestly can’t think of any negatives, we would stay here again anytime ##### Julie L. Surrounded by beautiful homes in a quiet neighborhood, but close to EVERYTHING!! We were here on a holiday weekend yet felt complete serenity in our cabin in the woods. We loved the decor and the home was perfect for us!! We loved sitting in the hot tub under the pines and the cabin is just a perfect getaway in the mountains!! We'll be back!! ##### Laura C. Great location right in the middle of everything. Heater worked great. Hot tub was warm the second night after I asked to make it warmer they did. They were very responsive when I needed them. The check in was different then where I have stayed before but it was very close to the house. We enjoyed our time. ##### KAYSHA C. There were ants and flies everywhere which was pretty disgusting. Some of the dishes were dirty from the previous renters. The downstairs tv kept freezing the entire time we were there.
