Location is great,nice TV, everything else—marginal to bad.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location with easy access to Snow Summit. After skiing there’s a nice TV with access to Netflix, etc. However the WiFi is terrible so you’re unable to do any remote work beyond checking email, I spotted a very large rat was wondering between the kitchen, dining and living room areas our 3rd night (I tried to stomp, but I was too slow), and one of the toilets would run continuously after flushing unless you lifted the top off and manually forced down the rubber stopper inside.

We made coffee with how much water it said and was dirty water, not coffee. But that did not put a snag into our trip. Place had everything we needed for a family of little ones.
