Never turn the heat off, doing so could cause the pipes to freeze & burst. If pipes burst because heat was turned off, You will be responsible for all necessary repairs which can be very expensive.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Smoking, No Pets allowed, No Noise after 10:00 pm or before 7:00 am, No Parties allowed, Max guests 5, Max Cars 2, No Parking on Street allowed.
Remove all trash from property before departing, take to local trash site (see Map on refrigerator) Do not leave trash outside.
Vehicles parked on street will get towed at vehicle owners expense. Fines for violating rules: 1st fine $500. 2nd fine $1000. 3rd fine $1,500 each.
