There was some communication issues last minute before check in but all was resolved. Amenities were good, pool table was a nice touch for the stay. BBQ worked well and the patio was big. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Word of advice, call ahead and ask for floor fans in the summer, it gets hot and they weren’t there when we arrived. No AC, just heat. Also bring paper towels as they only had one roll. Great trip! ##### John M. The property was decent and clean, but there was no AC, which is sometimes typical of Big Bear. However, it was one of the hottest days in Big Bear, there was no AC only fans and in the evening we did not open the windows due to a distant fire making the air smokey. Needless to say we came home a day early. I wish they had told us no AC but next time I will double check as well. Owner was responsive when emailed and neighborhood was good. ##### Lisa C. The wrap around deck was so relaxing and it was perfect for visiting w family in town. There were plenty of blankets and other amenities that made our stay wonderful. ##### Patricia A. It’s a very nice property which the owners have kept up very well. The property was clean when we arrived, which is key. Most important is the location. This property is walking distance to Snow Summit. So, parking my ski isn’t a problem with this property. Very nice. ##### Benjamin B. We had issues with 2 of the 4 smart TV's but eventually got them working. Please note that this property does NOT have a fully fenced yard. There is a fence on 3 sides but your dogs can easily stray if they are wanderers and not watched carefully. If I didn't want to bring my dogs, I would definitely stay here again however with my dogs this is a No for me in the future. ##### Debbie B. Refrigerator was not cooling. Contacted property management and they sent someone within a hour to look. Fridge was toast so they left coolers and ice to keep our groceries cold. Following morning they brought a loaner fridge for us. Cabin was comfy and cozy, comfortable beds. As we were leaving they ask us to wash and dry the bath towels we used. Wash them then tried to dry and the dryer would not heat up. Overall our stay was great beside the couple road bumps. ##### Marc C.
