The City of Big Bear Lake requires us to verify guests ID and requires guests to sign the good neighbor brochure before we can give access to the property. We will send you the good neighbor brochure when you book, it's super quick and convenient to fill out– we just want to make sure our guests know in advance :) Please note this property does not have AC and we don't supply propane. We also offer a dishwashing service for $20 + $1/item. Local regulations require guests to take trash to the dump at checkout, to protect our wildlife and keep the community clean.
