Whether you're here for snow days or summer evenings by the fire, this cabin makes a great home base for the whole crew.



The Space:

Tucked on a large fenced corner lot, this 1,900 square foot mountain escape blends peaceful, cabin charm with modern updates. You'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hot tub, wood-burning fire place, and a fun billiards room for game nights. The main level features warm wood style flooring, while all bedrooms and the game room are cozy with carpet. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, and every bedroom has blinds for restful, relaxing sleep.



Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite)

A peaceful retreat with a king bed, nightstands, a love seat, a closet with drawers, a luggage rack, and a large smart TV. Enjoy direct access to the attached primary bath.



Bedroom 2

Featuring a queen bed, side table, closet, and luggage rack.



Bedroom 3

Great for the kids or extra guests, with a full sized bed, a twin over twin bunk, and a twin trundle. Includes a closet and luggage rack.



What We Provide

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks are all stocked for your stay. We provide 6 bath towels along with limited hand towels and wash cloths. Please bring extra towels if you plan on visiting the lake.

Kitchen

Rustic yet fully updated, this kitchen is ready to help you whip up something delicious. You'll find a full sized stainless steel fridge, gas range, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Prefer take-out instead? No problem, we're stocked with all the utensils, dishware, and cookware you'd need either way. A starter pack of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar is included.



Coffee

Start your morning right with our 12 cup programmable drip machine. We typically provide medium roast grounds and sugar, and we like to keep things eco friendly with reusable filters.



Dining

Gather with a view of the kitchen at our dining table with bench seating, plus additional counter seating for 4.



Living Room

A cozy spot with a view of the kitchen and dining area. Sink into the large sofa, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or relax by the wood burning fireplace.



Fireplace

Our natural wood burning fireplace adds the perfect cozy touch. Firewood is not included but can be purchased through our virtual check-in form and will be delivered on your check in day. Many local stores also offer wood for purchase.



Game Room and Billiards (Lower Level)

Head downstairs for some friendly competition on the pool table, warm up by the electric fireplace, or catch a movie on the large smart TV. This level also offers direct access to the backyard.



Laundry

A full sized HE washer and dryer are tucked in a closet within the billiards room, with pods provided for your convenience.



Yard

Unwind in our fully fenced outdoor space. Soak away the day in the 6 person hot tub on the deck, or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table for 6. The yard is accessible from both the billiards room and kitchen area. 9 spa towels are provided, though please bring extra for lake use.



Propane Grill

Fire up the grill for a backyard cookout. We provide the propane tank and swap it weekly. If you need an earlier swap, just take care of it and send us a photo of the itemized receipt for reimbursement, or let us know and we'll add it to our daily route.



Parking

Paved parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Please note there is an incline, so AWD or 4x4 is recommended during winter months. No garage access.



Pets

Furry friends are welcome with a $100 pet fee.



Heating

Stay warm with central heating throughout the home, plus a wood burning fireplace in the living area and an electric fireplace in the billiards room.



Cooling

Like many Big Bear homes, this cabin does not have AC. The main living area has a ceiling fan, and free standing fans are available in the bedrooms. During summer, we recommend opening windows at night and closing them in the morning to lock in the cool air.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. The only places not accessible by guests is garage, some cabinets in upper hall, and one on main level.



Other Things to Note:

City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected at all times. Please review the city rules. This is listed verbatim.



Do not exceed the occupancy limit (6 this includes children & infants) Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.



No parking in street or yard (3 vehicles only) Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.



No amplified music 24/7.



Head inside at 10:00 p.m.

Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.



Eviction

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the reservation holder.

Interaction with Guests:

Per city regulations the person who books the home will need to sign the Good Neighbor Policy and agree to all the city rules prior to gaining access to the home. This person booking must be staying on property and verify with ID. No third-party bookings are allowed.
