This little gem has lots of character, with so much to offer! Perfectly situated in the center of all that Big Bear has to offer \~ near the ski slopes, golf course, Lake, Alpine Zoo, and the newly renovated Moonridge Corridor. Access Rathbun Creek Trail right across the street or catch the ski shuttle around the corner. Located conveniently near Bear Mountain. National Forest hiking trails and mountain biking trails are also easily accessed via a short walk. LIVING SPACE - Comfy 400+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, pellet stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available. When we walked in, immediately my allergies were triggered. There are dried flowers in the kitchen, and living room so no wonder. In the back yard only like 5 lightbulbs worked so it was a little creepy not being able to see critters. There are O'Douls bottles I'm guessing as a watering invention for yet another plant. Overall it just wasn't very inclusive for folks with allergies, who may be in recovery, or prefer to be able to get really clean in a shower. For the amount it rents for, definitely upgrade the bathroom, and clean the top of the fridge and get rid of all the nasty dried flowers especially lavender.
