The space: \-The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, full private bathroom, and TV. \-The Queen Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, shared full bathroom with Bunk Bed Room, and TV. \-The Bunk Bed Room has four single sized Bunk beds and shared bathroom with Queen Bedroom. \-The Living Room has a full entertainment center with TV and stereo system, and ample seating and couches to relax. \-The Dining Room has a table to seat eight guests. \-The Wet Bar is located in the corner of the Living Room, as you walk outside to the Lakeview Patio. \-The 2,000sq ft. outdoor patio has a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and a private dock on Boulder Bay on Big Bear Lake. We wanted the convenience of a home on the water with a private slip. Cory's place filled the bill for the eight of us. It makes a huge difference when you don't have to drive to the marina at 6:00 A.M. The driveway is large enough to keep the boat trailer on the property, which is also a huge plus. Great property, would definitely stay here again. There is a private dock you can fish, swim, or boat off of. Beautiful decor, very mountain-esque, but everything was updated, kitchen and bathroooms. They even have the good kind of toilet paper, the bath towels were soft, and they left us ingredients to make smores in their fire pit, which I thought was a nice touch. It's also pretty much ADA compliant - all bedrooms are on the first floor and there was a little rampway to get onto the porch and into the house. There was a little bump to get over, but a regular wheel chair should be able to get over it pretty easily. (The walkway to the dock has stairs tho.) Owner/manager and Jim were all very nice and easy to get in touch with. Great place overall! ##### Katherine M. My son was able to fish just right off the back dock. There were kayaks for use that my daughter and I took out onto the lake. Located right next to the park for walks with the dog. Close enough to town to grab food and souvenirs but remote enough that town traffic was not an issue. Just be aware that the house can be hot as is typical in Big Bear there are only fans and no AC. The dock walkway was damaged but still useable. Overall would come back because the location is perfect! ##### Catherine N. Boulder Bay is a great neighborhood. The house was perfect for us! Just 3 old friends taking a vacation and having the best time! We were thrilled with the house AND the outdoor patio. 2 kayaks were supplied and enjoyed! The house was very well equipped! We found every kitchen item we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked. Hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. Cory and Jim met us at the house when we arrived. We didn't have to go to an office in town. Nice and convenient after a long drive. Perfect size house for our group. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Great location/view on the water with its own dock and water toys. Kids loved fishing from the dock and the paddle boat. They caught multiple fish using the paddle boat. Hot tub and fire pit were also great at night. Everyone had a good time and we would definitely stay here again. ##### Barry M. Location and amenities were great! Dock access with kayaks to a secluded bay was awesome! Lots of space in the house, felt nice and spread out, especially with the backyard area.
