The property needs major repairs, the booked cabin we reserved was not available and this is the second time this has happened. Hot tub had freezing cold water again. Poor cleaning and old rundown cabin along with everything in it. It’s under new ownership and unfortunately it seems like saving every penny is their priority and not an investment property.

The pool was very dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and they refused. The blankets on the beds were dirty and smelled bad. I booked for two nights and three days and my daughters couldn't sleep another night there so we left the cabin just before the second night. Yes the cabin is very nice but the service and cleaning are terrible.

Please is just dirty in general. Bedsheets have forsure not been changed. The jacuzzi was not working. The shower pressure was horrible. TV was not working - Heater was not working either.

100 stars! I love this place and will come back often. It was clean comfortable and the owners were kind and patient. They were up late for my late last minute arrival. I was in Fuzzy Bear 27 and felt at home. I had everything I needed and felt safe. Thank you so much for having me! I will be back many times in the future!

What a pleasant experience! The staff was so friendly and very helpful. I was a last minute late night booking and they made me feel very welcomed. My cabin was a little gem. Wish I could live there year round!

No heat in the hot tub. Dirty pool. Toilet and kitchen sink leak. Couches so old. Bathroom old and falling apart. None of the amenities exist. I would not come back unless there was a total renovation. Don’t trust their website.

I liked the interior of the cabin and how it was very cozy, clean and had a vintage look.It does need some work on the outside area though. The staff was very friendly and easy to access.

The person in charge does not have good communication. The room I had designated was too dirty. He assigned me another place. The only people who were nice were the ones who cleaned. I definitely would not stay in that place anymore.

We booked a cabin with the Jacuzzi in the cabin, but when we checked in, it was broken down and said do not use. They did switch us to a cabin that had the Jacuzzi tub instead. Overall, it was a nice day, and the cabins are kept clean and they’re comfortable. It seems they’re under new management or new ownership, but the man working was very kind and we would definitely come back!

I really liked this place. Clean, comfortable cabin with a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plate, etc). Very friendly staff. Great location near Boulder Bay Park.

Not what we expected.

The cabin was nice, The manager is very accommodating. He gave us whatever we asked for. He gave us an outdoor umbrella and chairs as we were going to the beach. We also asked for balls so the kids could play and he gave them to us. The swimming pool was very clean. The cabin was very hot specially upstairs we had fans but because of the weather, it did not cool the place The resort is on a very busy street, so there was a lot of traffic on a very busy road. There was constant road traffic. Definitely not a quiet place . there were some things that needed to be fixed , And I did mention it to the manager. The coffee pot needed to be replaced the battery for the fire alarm also needed replacement. The resort is dated, It’s obvious that this cabins have been around for a long time and not much upkeep has been done to them, they need a lot of work, so does the resort. Pictures do not represent how it really is.
