Fun in the Sun
Had a great time and great weather with the cabin's location so close to The Village and surrounding vacation amenities.
We did have minor problem with ants in the upstairs bathroom. Scout ants only, so no major ant trail. Possibly entering through a crack in the bathtub caulking on the left edge of the tub sliding door.
Also, trash the toaster that has electrical tape (two spots) on the cord. It does not work (dangerous too). There was a second toaster that worked.

Lovely House - So Close To Everything
We enjoyed our stay in Big Bear. A large house and kitchen to fit the group. We loved how close it was to shops. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. Hope we get a chance to come back soon.

Great place for a family. Plenty of room and all the right ammenaties.
Loved it. Great location, lots of room. Comfy beds.
Chalet Georgia is in a convenient location off the main road and close (3 min drive) to Swim Beach (if you have kids and want a groomed area with a lifeguard). Most of the living space is upstairs but the better bathroom is downstairs. King bed was good. Double bed was good. Didn’t use the rest. It’s a basic place. Outdated and decor looks pieced together from estate sales but we didn’t mind. Bath towels were good quality and nice water pressure. Unfortunately, the large and inviting deck space is furnished with almost unusable chairs. The cushions have weathered several seasons and desperately need replaced. They were lumpy and uncomfortable to the degree that we didn’t want to use them and that deck was a major draw for us to this property. So, don’t plan to cook there unless you bring every single seasoning etc. There is nothing. No salt and pepper even!! The carousel of “seasonings no one ever needs” was so old they smelled like cardboard and even that salt was empty. Knives were so dull we couldn’t even cut veggies. They had a coffee pot with ONE pack of coffee even though we reserved 3 nights - no creams or sugars, a kurig with no pods. Paper towels and TP are the cheapest possible quality. I get that it’s a rental but the bathrooms deserve something better than single ply sandpaper. I wish I could give a 3.5 star. I’m giving the benefit to the place because of a comfortable bed and most of my issues being a collection of smaller annoyances. Just pack accordingly.
We liked the place for being cozy, good TV, clean, nice clean rooms and bathrooms.
It was like a place can somebody can ask for.
The only thing we found out. The gas barbecue was dirty.
We will go back next time.

Staying at chalet Georgia
Nice comfy house. Would Make a better stay, if updated items. Out dated linens and towels. Had to buy my own hand soap. I Clorox and Lysol Down the tables. When I was done wiping the tables the wipes were Dirty. The towel was black after cleaning. Close by snow summit and restaurants.
Big Bear was awesome, and the best part was the cabin. We fell like home, the fireplace, the location, the snow... sorry we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the cabin and the city with it has to offer. Yes, we will book it again!!!!!

Good and as expected
Chalet Georgia was as expected per the write up on the Cool Cabin's rental website. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids (which we had). It has all the dishes/appliances you would need and was clean upon our arrival. The only things that were a bit confusing were the remotes for the TVs (one was missing and we found int he bedroom) They do not function for the cable the way it states in the manual inside the rental, they should update the manual. Also the thermostat was a bit confusing. There is one on the top floor and one on the bottom, however they are NOT separate of one another. So if, for example you set it to 68 upstairs, but someone has the downstairs one set to 78...it's going to be 78, which was kind of a bummer because we had people sleeping downstairs (which is always colder than upstairs) and they had it set high and we (upstairs were so hot in the middle of the night). Other than that, everything worked great and was perfect for our family get away.

Solid Place to Stay
This cabin was clean and large enough for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The internet worked well and the cable tv was nice, since we stayed there during playoff baseball. The only downsides were having to check into the office before being able to go to the cabin (should just send you the lock box number) and having to drive a couple of miles to take the trash out when we left. I feel like if you're paying for a cleaning fee, someone is going to come to clean the room and can take the trash out with them. Anyways, I don't want to make this seem like a negative review, because it isn't. There were just those two things that made it kind of strange. Other than that, we had a great time.

Comfy, clean woodsy cabin
Everything was accurate to a point in regards to the layout and amenities of the cabin. It is located in a quiet and serene wooded area walking distance from many stores and shops. The cabin itself was clean and well maintained upon arrival and would recommend to anyone with small families.

Perfect Cabin for Our Weekend Getaway
The property was easy to find and just as easy to access. The large balcony was amazing for relaxing in the morning. Very easy walk to the village. The rooms were all clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. I would definitely recommend this cabin and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay
We had a great time. The cabin was as described and had lots of room for the six of us. We vacation in Big Bear quite a bit and enjoy finding new places to stay. The customer service was prompt and friendly and we look forward to future visits.

Nice
Property was exactly as described, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 family rooms & a short walk to everything. Went for my daughters 12th birthday. She brought along 3 friends. Kids had their own bedroom & family room. Was perfect for our needs. Overall very nice & I would stay again. Cool Cabins made checking in/out very easy.
