Host was very welcoming answering all of our questions and problem solving concerns. The place was very comfortable for our family of four. Great location. I would just suggest checking the place between reservations to ensure it has all the adequate supplies needed to include extra bedding or pots and pans for guest.

The cabin was not cleaned the tv remote control broken the a/c box broken the mini frige not closing the toilet was not working every time i flush water was coming out i texted my hoss 2 or 3 times he got back to be saying someone was comings they never did i had to go at night time to the store buy stuff to unclog the toilet but cleaning supplies a mop to clean water i had a terrible experience

I booked a stay here and couldn’t take a shower and left my stack with the flu! Absolutely no towels are provided not even a hand towel so you can’t take a shower. Also, no heater! Really? In Big Bear Lake when it dips to 50’s and starts snowing in November this place had no heater? I stayed one night and couldn’t take a shower and left with the flu!

Overall stay was very nice the location of the cabin was great if you have young kids and plan on staying here this is not the place they are not kid friendly
