It was perfect for a family. Only two issues: I was supposed to check In at 4 pm, but arrived late at 5:20\. At 5:14 I received a text from Destinations Big Bear my with the lock box code and check in instructions. Upon arrival. I was a little startled to find a gentleman inside the cabin. He was finishing up housekeeping and remained for about another 20-25 minutes. Despite this one of the pillowcases on my bed had some sort of bodily fluids on it. I put it to the side and did not use and was sure to inspect the others. Other than this, the cabin was comfy and very pretty. Most important for us was the fully enclosed high fenced back yard for our Shepard mix. Comfortable bed (we only used the Master Bedroom), well appointed kitchen, TVs in every room and Blazing fast wifi. Checking in through the management company was pretty simple even though you had to stop by their offices to show ID. The only issue for some people may be the extremely steep driveway during winter months (though the provide lots of salt for de-icing). Overall: Would definily rent again. ##### Brendan M. For as nice as a property as this house is, these issues seemed to make it a bit more “rustic” than the stay we were looking for. Cute decor and great for 2 families and a dog. Only down side is Be outside railings the wood is butchering and all of her hands had splinters that we had to pull out so be careful when using the railings ##### Andrea M.
