Big Bear City Holidays from £964

Loved the location, very walkable to Pier/Wharf areas, close to tour meeting spots and public transportation. Breakfast options were good including gluten free toast and muffin when inquired to staff. Room was nicely quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating, able to securely store luggage after check out until departing for next destination. Would return again.

They have the best customer service! The best ambiance! The food and drinks are perfect! And I love the fireplace and fire pits.

Hotel Zoe was walking distance from the Wharf which was my favourite part of this stay. The staff was always polite and accomadating. I liked that there was bike rentals available although it was too windy for what I was used to. Maybe next time I'll take advantage of it. My partner has a diff sleep schedule than me and usually I can mitigate this by hanging out in another room. I wish the lobby/work space was a bit brighter or easier to see. However, the lounge/terrace area is comfortable and I enjoyed the option to smoke some marshmellows for s'mores. I liked that the area wasn't too "busy" so that for uber/lyft/taxi, it was easy to drop off/pick up. The hotel was clean and the king sized bed upgrade was comfortable. Appreciate the men at the front desk and at the entrance. I did dine at their restaurant. It is okay

I have stayed for years in Inn by the Sea La Jolla overall it is a very good hotel. However, now they have a breakfast to your room option. I ordered the oatmeal and coffee and was sadly disappointed in the oatmeal and coffee, both very bad. I thought I was supposed to pay $20 but they have several added charges written in very small writing which brought the price up to $30!!! Spoke to the manager and complained, he was very nice and did not charge me. I do NOT recommend the new breakfast delivery they offer. Other than this, I highly recommend the hotel.
