Wine Down is located in a peaceful residential part of Big Bear City. The property is just a short drive to the Big Bear Convention Center where favorite local events are held like Oktoberfest and line dancing at Wyatts. This property comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Open 1600+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a wood burning natural rock fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The first bedroom has a King bed, TV, and private bath with garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Enjoy this large and open kitchen complete with all appliances, dining table and bar seating! New stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Fully fenced yard with a propane grill. Relax and take in the mountain air.
