Featuring two master bedrooms, including one with a private sauna, this home is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. This premium location is just 5 minutes away from the Bear Mountain ski resort, golf course, and new Alpine Zoo. Property backs up the National Forest offering hiking access and scenic views.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3400+ sq ft home with an open-concept layout which is ideal for entertaining, with a generous living area, smart TVs, fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Family room off of the game room with additional seating and smart TV.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Third floor first master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, private bath with double sinks and jet tub. First floor second bedroom has a king bed, private bath with shower and sauna. Second floor third bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. Second floor fourth bedroom has a sleeper sofa. Family room has sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, large dining table, cooktop stove, oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
