Welcome to Our Cozy Cabin! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this mountain chalet-style cabin blends rustic charm with modern upgrades. Enjoy a fenced front yard and a private backyard surrounded by pines. Inside, the warm living room features a native rock fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches make relaxing easy. Outside, unwind around the fire pit, dine at the picnic table, or soak in the Sundance spa under the stars. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If the bbq grill was used, please clean it and turn off the propane tank.
If the fireplace was used, the remaining ash must be collected and dumped in the ash can (placed in the front door).
There will be a minimum charge of $25 if any of the check-out items is ignored and resulting in extra cleaning efforts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
