### La Grande Ourse-Beautiful 3 Bedroom-Spa-FirePit

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Large outdoor patio with dining,spa,bbq and firepit. Centrally located Close to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, Golf Course and Moonridge Zoo.  
\-Guest must be 21 or over to book  
\-Please provide email at time of booking for rental agreement  
\-Max 6 Guests including children and infants  
\-Max 2 Cars  
 \* Please note that check in and out times are 10am & 4pm November-March and 11am & 3pm April-October  
\~No loud Noise after 10 pm   
\~Rental agreement must be signed prior to check in date.  
\~No renters under the age 21\.   
\~No smoking indoors  
\~Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported.   
\~Firewood is not provided for guest use.   
\~Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided)   
\~If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee  
\~No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa.   
\~IT IS BEST TO SHOWER BEFORE YOU USE THE SPA   
\~ Any lotions, oils, hairspray, sunscreen on your body could turn the water and make it unusable.  
\~If the spa needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee.   
\~Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only.   
\~Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.  
\~ When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check-in at the property.
