- Soak under the pines in your own private hot tub, then warm up by the fireplace. This single-level Big Bear cabin is about 5 minutes from the ski slopes and a short drive to Big Bear Lake, on a quiet street with a fully fenced private backyard.
The home sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: queen bed
- Bedroom 2: full bed with its own bathroom
- Bedroom 3: full-over-full bunk bed plus a queen futon
The living room has the fireplace and a smart TV and opens onto the dining table and a full kitchen stocked for real cooking. Out back: the private hot tub (open 7 AM to 10 PM), a natural gas grill, patio seating and a balcony. Washer and dryer in the home, fast WiFi with a desk for remote work, and free driveway parking for up to 3 cars.
Self check-in with a keypad. Check-in 4 PM, checkout 10 AM. Booking guest must be 25+. No parties or smoking.

Please wash the dishes and leave used towels by the washing machine. Beds can stay unmade. If the trash bins are full, drop trash at Clean Bear, 41974 Garstin Dr or 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Set the thermostat to 50 heat with the fan on AUTO, turn off every knob on the gas grill, and close the windows and the backyard gate.
Leave the hot tub on at 104 with the cover closed, and sign out of any Roku accounts you signed into.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Hot tub hours are 7 AM to 10 PM only, out of respect for our neighbors. Keep the cover on when not in use.
Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. Max 3 cars on the property. Please don't charge electric cars at the house.
The guest who books must stay for the whole reservation. Photo ID may be requested. No bookings made on behalf of someone else.
