We booked this stay at the last minute over Thanksgiving and were immediately impressed by Robin’s exceptional customer service. I was torn between two of her properties, and she went above & beyond to help me weigh the pros and cons based on our needs. Once booked, she even allowed us to check in early, which was incredibly helpful since I was working remotely. The check-in process itself was seamless and easy.The home was wonderful. The couches and recliner were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—and the oven deserves a special mention because I absolutely fell in love with it! Our dogs were in heaven with the enclosed deck right off the kitchen, which allowed them easy in-and-out access without any worry on our part. The fenced backyard, though on a hill, was perfect and such a must when traveling with our fur babies.I also want to highlight how well the upstairs bedrooms are set up. The master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable king-sized bed, a lovely enclosed balcony, and an en suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms were generously sized and thoughtfully furnished with queen beds (w/exception of the two in the extended master), which was a pleasant surprise.The home is located in a friendly neighborhood right off BB Blvd and close to everything. While it was a large home for just the two of us and our pups, we enjoyed every bit of it. We truly had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return!
