The best areas to stay in Biencourt are generally within the village centre or in one of the well-appointed gîtes or B&Bs surrounding it.Biencourt itself is a small, quiet village in the Hauts-de-France region, known for its peaceful rural setting and access to the regional natural park. The village centre is compact, with a few local shops and the mairie (town hall) as central points. Most accommodation options here are either traditional village homes converted into gîtes or smaller, family-run B&Bs.For couples looking for a relaxing escape, staying slightly outside the village in one of the many gîtes or B&Bs is ideal. These often come with ample gardens, offering privacy and a tranquil environment. They provide a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside, enjoying walks, or simply unwinding away from any hustle and bustle. Many are also conveniently located for day trips to nearby historical sites or larger towns in the Somme department.Families might also find the gîtes particularly suitable, as they typically offer more space, often including multiple bedrooms and kitchen facilities, allowing for self-catering. This provides flexibility and comfort, especially with children.
