LES HAUTS D'ILBARRITZ: In Bidart, this beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of a vacation residence, featuring a shared swimming pool, a tennis court, and an elevator. Located near the Ilbarritz Golf Course and the beaches, it offers a view of the famous Château du Baron de l'Espée.  
  
The apartment features a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a functional kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom.  
A lovely furnished balcony with a view of the pool and a glimpse of the sea, as well as shared parking, complete this apartment.  
Golf and sea lovers will love the location of this property, as well as the swimming pool, which offers sea and mountain views.  
  
The elevator will not operate from November 3 to December 12, 2025.  
  
To be paid upon arrival: a €250 deposit by credit card (imprint) and tourist tax.  
  
Please note: Linens and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:

#### Séjour à Bidart

Appartement bien situé à 10mn de la plage à pied. Par contre plus vétuste et plus petit que sur les photos. Gros point négatif, rien n'avait été revu avant notre arrivée, lampe du salon et de la cuisine cassée, donc aucune lumière dans la pièce à vivre, et chaise aussi cassée sur la terrasse. D'ailleurs le mobilier extérieur serait à changer car très vétuste. D'une manière générale, le logement mériterait un petit coup de neuf.
