We have never visited The Lakes and wanted an overnight stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend staying here. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food for the evening meal in the restaurant was lovely followed by breakfast the next day, with plenty of options. Also helped with have parking facilities on site and free for visitors to the hotel. Was not disappointed with our stay, and would definitely visit again in the future

Shower drain blocked resulting in water flowing into the accommodation. Raised at desk but no offer to make good after being unable to use that facility. Previous free parking removed, charged on checkout with no reason to the change or notice before I had used the facility.
