Frequently asked questions

How much does a Bickelsberg travel package cost?
Custom make your Bickelsberg package from a low £272. Choose from any combination of hotels, flights and rental cars to pull together the escape of your dreams. Remember to add on a few experiences or activities!
If I'm not able to travel, can I cancel my Bickelsberg travel package?
Don't worry if you're rethinking your Bickelsberg travel package — you can cancel or amend your booking. And if you've booked it within the last 24 hours, you may be able to do it for free. However, bookings made more than 24 hours ago may incur fees from your airline, hotel or car rental company. We totally get that life can sometimes throw a spanner in the works, so head to our Customer Service Portal if that occurs. When you're ready to make changes, we'll take care of it.
How do I get a cheap travel package to Bickelsberg?
One of the easiest ways to save money (and time) is to combine your bookings with Expedia. Hotels, flights, activities and rental cars — we've got everything you need. Pick the combination that best suits you and watch your savings stack up. Of course, a package deal is never one-size-fits-all. That's why Expedia offers over 550 partner airlines and 1,000,000 hotels around the globe, which lets you customize your Bickelsberg holiday.
Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Bickelsberg holidays?
We certainly do. Expedia has teamed up with online lender Klarna to help you conveniently pay for your trip in instalments. Simply choose the payment plan that works for you during the checkout process and take the stress out of budgeting for your trip. Make sure you bundle your accommodation, flights and car hire with Expedia to get the biggest bang for your travel buck. Consider these flexible payment options below:

  • Pay monthly holidays: Make your holiday dreams a reality sooner with Klarna's monthly instalment plans. If making bite-sized repayments each month sounds right for you, pick this option during the checkout process.
  • Pay in instalments holidays: Into the idea of paying for your holiday in multiple transactions? Consider this Book Now, Pay Later option from Klarna.
  • Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your getaway (rather than all of it upfront) makes it easier to hit that "book now" button, go for a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.

How far in advance should I book my Bickelsberg holiday?
It depends on the air carrier, but you can generally look up international airfares on Expedia up to 12 months in advance. While it's generally a good idea to book ahead of time, lucky customers will sometimes find a cheaper seat just weeks prior to their intended journey.
What does an Expedia Bickelsberg travel package include?
That's up to you. You can pick from a range of Bickelsberg bundles, such as a flight, rental car and hotel. You can also book a hotel and a flight, or a flight and a rental car. Once you've made your booking, you can add the fun stuff like tours and activities. Whatever your dream Bickelsberg break looks like, you're sure to save!
What should I know before booking a Bickelsberg travel package?
A package can be easier on the wallet than individually booking everything you need for your getaway. For example, bundle your flights, hotels and rental cars and score impressive savings. Whatever kind of holiday you're planning, you're sure to find a package that best suits your budget.
Can I choose my airline with a Bickelsberg Expedia travel package?
Yes, so take your pick! We have access to over 550 partner airlines globally, so you can customize your Bickelsberg holiday according to your budget and needs.
