Located in the heart of the charming village of Bias, halfway between the seaside resorts of Contis and Mimizan, this magnificent Landes-style house offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. Especier beach is easily accessible in just a few minutes by car, allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of the ocean in a tranquil setting.  
  
Come and discover this spacious 250 m² house, perfect for a holiday with family or friends, and able to accommodate up to 12 people. It includes five spacious bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and one bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm). In addition, a landing is furnished with two folding beds, ideal for children. You will also find three bathrooms, two with bathtubs, and three separate toilets for added comfort.  
  
The living room, decorated in a warm style, is perfect for gathering with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher.  
  
Outside, you can enjoy a heated swimming pool, garden furniture, sun loungers, as well as a barbecue and griddle, perfect for convivial and gourmet moments outdoors. The well-maintained garden is ideal for relaxing or spending time with family.  
  
For your comfort, the house has reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi to stay connected during your holiday, and a washing machine for your convenience.  
  
The house is located in a quiet and peaceful setting, yet close to the beaches and tourist attractions of the region. An ideal place to recharge while enjoying the pleasures of the Landes coast.  
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Optional services:  
Linen rental: €20 per set/week  
Bath kit: €15/week
