Beautiful property located very near the Villa Borghese and the Piazza de Popolo. Very nice buffet breakfast in the mornings. Room comfortable, but ours had a bathroom on the main floor as you go in the door, and the bed was up a steep circular staircase. If you have mobility issues, this would not be good. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like this though. Our shower head was faulty on arrival but once we made staff aware, they promptly fixed it. Very nice hotel.

This is a stunning boutique hotel with just 16 rooms set in the great neighbourhood of Dorsoduro. We were welcomed with a drink of our choice and shown round the public areas including the garden, which will be beautiful in warmer weather. Our penthouse room was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed including coffee machine. All the staff were lovely and helpful especially the lady that ran the breakfast room making us fresh eggs and plenty of coffee. We didnt experience the spa so cant comment on that but maybe next time. Brilliant location whether arriving in Venice by bus or vaporetto.
