"We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. Hotel management would not make themselves available to deal with the situation.The hotel is dated. ..."

"We booked the property for 2 days but property owner gave us the property for 1 day only, still the refund is pending and they are asking to connect with Expedia but there is no reply from them and even owner of the property is not cooperating"
