– An air-conditioned living area of 22 m² with a single sofa bed (110x190), a TV and a dining area
– An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190), a desk and a wardrobe
– A shower room
– A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
– A small balcony (with railing) measuring 1m², facing north-west, with a chair and a side table to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Béziers, in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking a one-way street. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
