With its 218m², Carignan offers space and comfort needed to accommodate a large family or group. It is among the villas of HAMLET MONTPLAISIR, near Béziers.

The 218m² house can accommodate up to 12 people. It corresponds to the Merlot and Syrah houses, with the opening of doors of communication.

It has a private pool (12m x 6m).

At the first level:

    1 living room
    1 dining room
    2 kitchens
    1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC)

    1 room with 2 beds and washbasin
    1-2 bed room
    1 bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC)

    All modern comfort awaits you: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, refrigerator-freezer, barbecue, TV, DVD player, stereo.
The linen is entirely provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths), it is changed every Saturday.

At the second level:

    1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC)
    2 rooms with 2 beds with bathroom en suite (shower, washbasin, WC)

From July 21 to August 18, the house is rented exclusively for the week from Saturday.

On arrival, a deposit of 800 € will be payable either in cash or by check.

Une belle maison pour se retrouver !

Nous étions un groupe de 12 amis en quête d'une maison pouvant tous nous accueillir et nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison d'Anne ... MAiS il a d'abord fallu la trouver, ce qui n'a pas été simple ... un fléchage serait bienvenu ! Une fois arrivés, la maison est bien équipée, fonctionnelle, grande et chacun peut s'y sentir à l'aise. Une grande table nous a permis de partager de chouettes moments de convivialité avec suffisamment de place ! Un peu de chauffage dans les salles de bains aurait été apprécié. Une bonne adresse !
